Owner and operators, John and Jill Martins' career exceeds twenty years of experience. John previously owned McGeady's Town Pub for more than 15 years. In the year 2008 John decided to renovate and consummate an idea of two restaurants under one roof. Each restaurant with like menus, but both with different atmospheres. John and Jill's idea unfolded at the old Monroe Diner building.
 The Restaurants chef Ivan Currie is well prepared to ensure on excellent experience at either restaurant, Schottenheimer's Rathskellar or The Irish Schnitzel. Schottenheimer's is a trendy sports themes bar and restaurant named after John's friend Kurt Schottenheimer. Mr. Schottenheimer Coaches in the NFL. Schottenheimer's also houses a game room with pool tables, Dart boards and 50" flat screen t.v's strategically placed for sports viewing. The Irish Schnitzel is a family oriented restaurant with upscale features but not upscale pricing.The same menu enhances both restaurants with the advantage of enjoying a cocktail through the whole building.
